How it Works

Landlords can post properties by paying a small activation fee, while tenants can browse listings and directly contact the property owners. Payments and agreements are handled offline.

Landlord Journey

• Sign-up and Activation: Create an account and pay a one-time activation fee, as low as $6 USD (equivalent to 21,000 UGX), lasting for a full year (12 months) from the date of activation.
• Post Property Listings: Upload property details, including descriptions, photos, and contact information.
• Connect with Tenants: Tenants browse listings and contact landlords directly for inquiries.
• Finalize the Deal: Meet offline to discuss rental terms and make payments directly.

Tenant Journey

• App Installation: Download RentFind and create an account.
• Browse Listings: Search for properties based on preferences and filter results.
• Contact Landlords: Directly contact landlords using the provided contact information.
• View Properties and Negotiate: Visit the property, negotiate terms, and finalize the rental agreement offline.
